▶Objectives
The main objectives achieved by the implementation of this Project were to provide relevant knowledge about “Sustainable Development”, and it’s implementation in schools of the participating countries. The knowledge and good practices gained is then to be displayed for dissemination through various platforms. Results of the project are in fact to be available online for a wider audience, this increases the validity of the work done, as after the funding period it will remain a sustainable resource for the communities in European partnership. Wide dissemination increases the sustainability of the project. This main objective could only be reached by the teamwork, collaboration and support of school staff, school leaders and other educational stakeholders.
▶Activities
Specific activities were introduced and implemented in the Project in order to achieve the targeted goals. -2 physical student Exchange programs held in 2 different partner countries (2 teachers, 4 students in each) -2 teacher trainings held in 2 different partner countries (“Learning and Acting for a Better Future” and “Digital Skills”) -2 online modules before each students’ mobility -collaboration with companies/municipality/NGO for each student mobility -workshops and outdoor activities about how to make schools greener (Green Schools) -study visits for local authority about discovering e-citizenship and digital platforms (Green Citizenship) -workshops and study visits about sustainability (Green Citizenship-Green Schools) Also, tangible results: -2 Digital Learning Units (LU) - 2 short movies -2 e-books -2 Digital puzzles To be found: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JXQ4Q88MDfVfsaX0t6ayEiRfrExw6RjB?usp=sharing
▶Impact
Tangible output results that were created by the partners using digital tools through the mobilities were created: -2 Digital Learning Units (LU) -2 short movies -2 e-books -2 Digital puzzles Also, respective school websites were updated with activities of each mobility, as well as ESEP and social media accounts of the Dig-Dig project. Results achieved also included the increase in awareness of the importance of Green Schools, the introduction and implementation of green practices, increase in awareness on climate change, opportunities to students in alternative education students and respective school staff, improvement in communication skills and language skills, development in digital skills during teaching and learning and the understanding of EU identity.
