The project aimed to foster an inclusive educational environment by equipping educators with the skills and tools necessary to address diversity and inclusion effectively. The goal was to create a positive impact on school culture, making it more welcoming and supportive for all students. By implementing this project, the intention was to enhance the educational experience, ensuring that every student feels valued and has equal opportunities for learning and personal development within a diverse and inclusive setting.

The project included a range of activities, notably the creation of evidence-informed resources (handbook) on promoting inclusive teaching, an on-site train the trainer course whose highlights were later transformed into an online training program to ensure wider accessibility. Additionally, it embraced co-creation methodologies, such as design thinking, to foster collaboration and innovation among participants. These methodologies were instrumental in developing the project's evidence-informed resources, training programs, and the innovative digital escape room, aiming to enhance educators' abilities to integrate diversity and inclusion into their teaching practices.
