We aimed to investigate processes and methods in the participating schools and in our obligations to apprentices in local companies. From this, we wanted to share and enhance activities already identified in the participating organizations. In addition, we would examine experiences from non-participating schools to share and discuss processes and results. One underlying objective was to establish a base for a larger project following and being based on the results of this project. In addition it was of common interest to rejuvenate and enhance network between the participating partners to ensure good quality project deliverables, smooth project management and create a good basis for future cooperation.

Transferred measures from our collaborating schools. Strengthened the school culture with environmental workers. Extended one school day a week with voluntary attendance for academic support, mathematics lessons, and social activities. Strengthened our department for student services, with profiling of the service, and more quickly implemented measures. We received confirmation that in our routines, we managed to prevent negative developments. We chose to test working methods well established with our partners, e.g .VIP Makkerskap, in Halmstads called "Responsibility buddy", carried out in year 1. The goal is to create community in the class, counteract exclusion and develop social relationships. The students are randomly divided into groups of two or three. School counselors and mentors work with this. Newly arrived students on the Language Introduction Program have worked on «Sexuality, consent and relationships.» A project based on SOS Angered where we made study visits with our Norwegian colleagues. SOS Angered is their own concept for organizing sex and cohabitation eucation. We also worked on a project called EMF, aiming to strengthen relationships between students and people and strengthen our students' resilience.
