Summary

Objectives The project was born out of the recognition that social entrepreneurship plays a critical role in our societies today, and that equipping young people with social entrepreneurship skills can help them increase their opportunities in the job market while also fostering more inclusive communities and communities of inclusion.“Strengthening competencies of youth workers for reducing unemployment which is directly related to the EU 2027 Strategy and offers a substantial contribution Activities Project Activities ( 4 Mobility ) are designed that participants with active and practical methods will be dynamically engaged in the learning process, where they will have the opportunity to enhance skill and gain the competencies necessary to guide and develop activities for increasing the employment competences among the young people with fewer opportunities in their community. Our goal to collaborate with young people who are experiencing unemployment, marginalization, and social exclusion. Impact The participants will improve their job-search techniques and interview and presentation skills, and deepen their understanding of the challenges in seeking employment in Europe. The result is that they will become more employable and more confident in their own abilitiesThey will deepen the sense of entrepreneurship and responsibility of their work among their target groups. Due to improvement and professionalize of their work they will be more attractive and more influential.
