The most important goal of the project was to increase the knowledge of climate and environmental protection among adults, who, by increasing awareness will contribute to accelerating the green transformation in their operating environments, private and professional. The implementation of this goal will contribute to reducing environmental pollution and faster achievement of climate neutrality determined by the findings of the Paris Conference (2015), the UN 2030 Agenda (2015) and the European Green Deal (2018). The operational goal of the task was to prepare all elements of the project in the highest possible quality, especially in the field of educational materials. The specific goal was to establish cooperation with organizations from EU countries by exchanging good practices in the field of adult education in the area of competence Green Leaders. We wanted to influence the forms of education by developing good practices in the area of training. While implementing the project, we also achieved a synergy effect thanks to the exchange of intercultural experiences.
