The aim of the WW project was to strengthen the soft skills of adults active in local communities. Participants developed leadership, communication, mediation, and organizational skills essential for effectively implementing social, educational, and integration activities. The project addressed challenges related to the influx of refugees and migrants, as well as the need to build relationships in culturally diverse environments. A key result was the development of the “Local Coalitions” scenario – a tool supporting local integration activities. WW also aimed to facilitate the exchange of good practices between organizations from Poland and Italy and to adapt proven solutions to local contexts. Another objective was to improve access to adult education through the introduction of modern methods and ICT tools, as well as to promote sustainable development by reducing resource consumption and encouraging environmentally conscious practices. An important premise of the project was also the creation of a lasting network among participants that would continue beyond the project, as well as the strengthening of each organization’s capacity to implement future educational and integration initiatives
