1: Gather and disseminate expert knowledge and best practices from 3 countries on how to build a strong local community that includes adults inactive and at risk of exclusion; 2: Development of project partners towards innovative centers of education, culture and activation through the analysis of the initial state and implementation of innovative solutions [priorities: Creating Future-Oriented Education Centers and Creating and promoting educational opportunities) 3: Development of staff and their linguistic, digital, social and multicultural competences. An important aspect of the project was not only examining the current state of needs and creating educational programs in each organization , but also continuous improvement and continuation of the project in the future. So that the acquired knowledge (gathered into an universal Guidebook) has a wide reach and a real impact on other communities, we wanted to build around the project a network of cities, districts, non-governmental organizations and cultural centers , which may be the participants of other future projects and online events continuing and developing the idea of Micropolis.

- Guidebook - a collection of Good Practices (Case Studies from all the partners), research results, 6 Steps and 6 Paths to Micropolis community (according to Partners' experiences in the project) - Website in English with documentation of activities and results: www.micropolis.club [also films from the expert speeches during the conference in Warsaw] - each Partner elaborated the survey (mostly suitable to it's goals and needs), it was run altogether among over 190 respondents and 3 comprehensive survey reports were posted on the website - several pilot works in a local communities were implemented and described in detailed reports posted on the website with the final reflections - 23 employees from 4 countries were actively involved in the project (10 from Poland, 5 from Italy, 5 from Denmark, 3 from Finland) and could improve key competences, over 470 representatives from NGO's, public institutions together with local activists were invited to the online conference at the end of the project and were informed about the Mikropolis Guidebook (approx. 54 from Poland, 200 from Denmark, 97 - international Partners of Interfolk, 100 - international members of IFS from all over the World) - recorded Micropolis online conference
