By implementing the project, we wanted to raise the awareness of rural society about women's rights among the rural community and women themselves, but also to develop both partner org. through international cooperation and cultural exchange. The main goal was: development of partner organizations and development of competences of project participants in the field of equal rights, women's rights and educational functions of NGO Specific objectives * participation of project participants in workshops on women's rights, gender equality and development organized in Spain * increasing the awareness of project participants in the field of women's rights and gender equality * improving the competences, quality of work and methods of operation of people participating in the project and the org * exchange of educational experiences between organizations * improving access to high-quality flexible learning for adults * transferring good practices to their organizations * supporting sustainable development of rural areas. We managed to achieve the goal, in addition to the assumed project goals, we achieved much more-we got to know each other's culture, our language competences improved and friendly relationships were established
