We wanted to strengthen our competences in the field of non-formal adult education. Exchange experiences in working for civil dialogue. Be able to observe each other's activities and work methods used, in particular those that include, engage and motivate participants. We wanted to see how the partner organization deals with teamwork, solving local problems and conflicts inside the organization. We wanted to establish cooperation with public administration to achieve synergy resulting from inter-sectoral cooperation to promote the idea: GREEN KRUSZWICA/GREEN CAMPINA.. We wanted to get to know our partner organization better and the local environment in which works. We were curious each other's about our cultures, traditions and customs. We wanted to test ourselves in action, individually and in teamwork. We wanted that participants develop their self-value and be motivated to be socially and civically active. We wanted that participants learn how to use computers and the Internet, learn the basics of English and encourage them to continue learning - to improve the image of older people in the local community.
