▶Objectives
The project’s objective was to eliminate the mismatch between knowledge and skills actually possessed and those necessary in working with refugees in Poland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Thanks to experienced trainers and based on good practices from within and outside the partnership, the project’s objective was to improve the knowledge and skills of staff and volunteers in the area of working with refugees, to share refugee experiences and work with refugees, and more broadly, also outside the partnership – to strengthen awareness of issues related to migration, including combating xenophobia and refugee exclusion.
