Geen Skills for a Greener Future project is mostly linked to the horizontal priority Environment and fight against climate change. The objectives we would like to achieve are: increasing green skills of our target groups in the field of developing pro-environmental attitudes and habits; raising environmental awareness; caring for the local environment; using recycled items; minimising the carbon footprint and better understand the range of European cultures and values.

We are going to implement activities with different levels of difficulty/adjustment to ensure the inclusiveness of learners with fewer opportunities. Among our activities, there are contests, eco campaigns, workshops, performances and school trips. We are also going to look for new ideas on teaching about the impact humans are having on the planet and discuss the issues related to climate and living conditions on Earth in an interdisciplinary way, within artistic, language or outdoor classes.

We expect that our project will increase green skills in our organisations. Our eco ideas ad activities for learners will be published in a project e-book. Also, we will build capacity, improve management and communication skills in partner organisations and reach out to educators interested in green skills. By implementing the project, we are motivated to show that all of us are responsible for our plant and even our small steps are significant to protect the environment
