Objectives

We aimed to achieve several key goals. First, we sought to improve participants' foreign language skills, foster European citizenship,&promote cultural exchange to build a "Big World Culture" by enhancing tolerance among nations. Additionally, the project aimed to develop the international capacity of partner organizations by creating and expanding the EU Project Network&facilitating the exchange of best practices in education&health promotion. We compared educational systems, transfered innovative approaches from European schools,&achieved European recognition of the skills acquired through project activities via Europass&participation certificates. Strengthening partnerships for future EU projects&improving academic&social success among participants were also key objectives. It provided opportunities for on-site observation of partners’ strong practices:health promotion, outdoor activities,&social responsibility projects. By fostering face2face interaction, integrating disadvantaged individuals,&promoting equal international opportunities, we broke cultural barriers, crush stereotypes,&develop self-aware, cooperative cooperative individuals. Additionally, we encouraged productive use of Web2 tool&supported digital transfrmation.

Activities

Activities aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, cultural exchange&addressing specific challenges such as stress, addiction&unhealthy habits. In Spain, activities included icebreaking sessions, a cooking workshop, stress management tips from a counselor, physical activities like windsurfing&creating a Common School Food Policy&cultural excursions. In Poland, participants engaged in yoga, pilates,&bread-making workshops. Educational visits to landmarks like Wieliczka Salt Mine&the Benedictine Abbey were combined with lectures on herbs, sports,&wellness. There were also sports activities, a mini-marathon,& cultural activities. In the Netherlands, the focus was on healthy habits, life coaching, and addiction prevention. Activities included nutrition workshops, city tours of Nijmegen&Amsterdam,& cooking classes on vegetarian meals. In Turkey, the program featured IT workshops, sports, cultural visits, and activities addressing addiction&mental health. Highlights included traditional food workshops, creating an Addictions Guidebook,&team sports. Across all locations, the activities promoted collaboration, digital competence, cultural understanding,&healthy living.

Impact

Results: R1 European Cuisine ebook&traditional dishes workshops&developing a Common School Food policy, R2 Sport Magazine,Sports Clubs&Intelligence games corners, Common Physical Activity&Wellbeing Policy,organizing inter/national sports tournaments, workshops. R3 Guide book suggestions&activites to recover from addictions, Common Fighting Against Addictions Policy R4 Consultation&Project Development Units to keep mental & psychological health Developing competences, Improving Foreign Language Skills,Exchange of Good Practices,Cultural Exchange,Creating EU Project Network, improving the internationalism capacity as goals to get the active EU Citizenship Vision&Inclusion was reached via LTTs&the integration of the disadvantaged pupils increased above the rate of 50%.
