Project seeks to educate people on the importance of transitioning to Industry 4.0/5.0,emphasizing the critical knowledge and skills required for professionals across various sectors and industries.This transformation is vital not only for maintaining competitiveness but also for addressing the environmental impact of industrial practices.By understanding how Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies can contribute to more sustainable practices,individuals and organizations can work towards reducing the industry’s carbon footprint and fostering a better future. EU manufacturing is shifting from traditional cost-based approaches towards high value-added competitive strategies.Factories are characterized by advanced human-machine communication and innovative design.Industry 4.0/.05 paradigm integrates technology with human labor,fundamentally changing how SMEs operate.It influences the way businesses design,produce,market and derive value from products and services.Through the adoption of automation,artificial intelligence,interconnected systems and enhanced collaboration between humans and machines,Industry 4.0/5.0 is driving improvements in productivity,efficiency and innovation, while also introducing more flexibility in production process.

EU manufacturing business models are evolving from traditional cost-based strategies to focus on creating high value-added competitive advantages.New paradigm of Industry 4.0/5.0 integrates technologies with human labour,reshaping how small and SMEs enterprises operate.It impacts the way SMEs design,produce,market and extract value from both products and associated services.The goal of the READY4/5 project was to raise awareness of Industry 4.0/5.0 principlcle by: 1.Creating a Transnational Network:Establish a collaborative consortium for exchanging knowledge and experiences among various organizations involved in Industry 4.0/5.0 education. 2.Facilitating Best Practices:Encourage the sharing of effective strategies for implementing Industry 4.0/5.0 across different organizations. 3.Enhancing Awareness and Professional Development:Increase awareness and provide professional development opportunities by conducting surveys among enterprises and individuals.These efforts will also include analyzing and disseminating case studies of successful Industry 4.0 implementations and plans for Industry 5.0. By achieving these objectives, the project delivered knowledge and skill development, fostering Industry 4.0/5.0 integration.
