Objectives

Participation in the project allowed partners to: 1) learn other perspectives, methods, tools, good practices necessary for further development of the organization and partnership cooperation; 2) preparing, analyzing and identifying case studies based on experiences 3) identifying key skills and practices 4) gaining a fresh perspective; 5) learning about EU markets; 6) strengthening cooperation between organizations, including building networks and strong relationships; 7) increase in competences and qualifications in the area of ​​vocational education and training. The project allowed the partners to launch, both locally and internationally, with good practice solutions in the project area and acquire the necessary tools to develop services supporting ESG leaders. After completing the project, each partner plans to further develop and implement the developed tools in their institution and disseminate them in partner institutions not only in the country but also abroad. The partners hope that this will be the beginning of a long cooperation. The synergy effect resulted in increased efficiency of activities, a wider number of contacts and greater opportunities to create new solutions in promoting good practices.

Activities

ACTION 1: 1) a survey questionnaire consisting of 25 questions was developed 2) 10 individual in-depth interviews (IDI) were conducted according to a questionnaire consisting of 12 questions 3) 2 group interviews (FG) were conducted on 22 and 24/03/23 - 14 people took part in them 4) The desk research analysis was summarized in the collective document and is the project result 5) 2 methodological workshops - meeting of international experts to learn about Polish and Irish practices in Poland 2 x 2 days (27 -28/03/23 – 7 people; 14 & 16/06/23 – 12 people) 6) 4 articles for the EPALE platform 7) Construction of an ESG Leader training program 8) 4 case studies 9) 4 ESG podcasts 10) 10 document templates 11) Conference disseminating the results of activities in Poland and promoting the competences of the ESG Leader (15/06/23 - 37 people; reach - over 135,000 people). Effects and results: 1) gaining a fresh perspective 2) identifying key skills and practices 3) learning about markets 4) strengthening cooperation between organizations, including building networks and strong relationships 5) gaining broad theoretical and practical knowledge through the transfer of experiences and joint activities; 6) increasing the competences and qualifications of ESG leaders in the area of ​​vocational education and training 7) access to the transformative strategy 'holistic ESG leader', in which EDUS specializes 8) implementing developed tools and methods in your institution and disseminating them in partner institutions not only country, but also abroad; 9) submitting another joint project. Developed: Survey questionnaire, in-depth study (IDI) and focus group (FG) questionnaire, 6 articles for the EPALE platform, 1 ESG Leader training program, 14 case studies, 4 podcasts, 10 document templates, 30 worksheets, 1 knowledge compendium, 1 non-financial report template, 1 manual for SMEs - in 2 languages ​​- Polish and English.
