Objectives

We have assumed the development of tools and methods of work with people who want to establish or run a social enterprise in rural areas. The partners creating the project have experience in working with social enterprises, also in rural areas, and are struggling with the problems of adequate forms of support for social enterprises operating in rural areas. Assumed goals to be achieved: - Learning about Italian solutions in the field of the development of social entrepreneurship in rural areas (a study visit to Italy on 06-09.10.2023 to social enterprises in rural areas) - Preparation of a model for supporting the development of the social economy in rural areas by working on ready-made business models - Preparation of a training program on business models of social enterprises in rural areas - Testing the implementation of the developed support model by organizing a training

Activities

1. Development of a model for supporting the development of social enterprises in rural areas using good practices. 2. Testing a solution in the form of organizing training for representatives of the NGO and social economy sectors 3. Dissemination of prepared materials in the social economy sector in Poland and Italy

Impact

Project results: - establishing cooperation between the Leader and Partner and the staff taking part in study visits - developed database of 20 business models based on good practices on social entrepreneurship in rural areas - descriptions of study visits together with business models of enterprises that took part in study visits in Poland and Italy - testing a solution in the form of organizing training for representatives of the NGO and social economy sectors - developed training program together with training materials on effective business models of social economy in rural areas - acquisition of new competences in the field of effective business models by at least 10 training participants\ - website and FB profile
