AGREQUALITY aimed, on the one hand, to empower women in the agricultural sector; and, on the other, to help mitigate barriers by raising awareness of the current situation of gender inequality and identifying ways to combat it. In other words, we aim to boost the employability of rural women through 3 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: -Identify good practices in terms of women's inclusion, participation and representation in the agricultural sector; -Training women to become active agents in the agricultural sector; -Raising awareness of the current situation of gender inequality, pointing out ways of including, involving, and representing women in agriculture.
