The general objective of the project carried out by us was to create a dialogue and reduce the gap between generations. The objectives addressed to the beneficiaries were successfully achieved, the implementation results being the expected ones. Among them are: - Acquiring new skills. The participation and organization of intergenerational activities allowed the two target groups to exchange knowledge, but also to acquire new ones - (teamwork, time management, empathy, solidarity) - Local involvement: participating in this project will allow beneficiaries to learn more about our associations and the work we are already doing. They will also have the opportunity to actively create activities and generate good practices that can be reused in the future by others. - Active support of the population over 60 involved in the project. Elderly participants participating in the activities of our project will improve their physical and mental conditions, will feel less isolated, more useful and more socially included. - the implementation of a system of mentoring and support by elders for young people leads to improved school results for young people.
