By implementing the project, we aimed to enhance adult education in Romania and Italy. Our primary goal was to improve digital and visual literacy skills of adult educators, enabling effective use of modern educational tools. Objectives included: - Enhancing Digital Skills: Equipping educators with essential digital competencies to create and use visual content. - Promoting Visual Literacy: Increasing educators' ability to interpret and convey visual information, making learning more engaging. - Innovating Teaching Methods: Introducing and integrating innovative teaching practices leveraging visual communication. - Fostering Inclusive Education: Ensuring low-skilled adults and those with learning difficulties benefit from improved approaches. Additionally, we aimed to raise awareness of visual communication’s potential in delivering positive messages and combating prejudices. By providing a comprehensive training program, developing a Visual Literacy Manual, and creating online modules, we empowered educators to enhance their teaching practices. This initiative was designed to foster a more dynamic, inclusive, and effective adult education system, benefiting a broader range of learners and ensuring sustainable improvements.
