By implementing this Erasmus+ project, we aimed to enhance our employees' English language skills and develop their professional abilities, which are crucial in the globalized ridesharing sector. We focused on adopting eco-friendly practices, showcasing our commitment to sustainability. The project promoted professional growth and strengthened our organizational culture centered on continuous learning and innovation. A direct benefit for our company was increased market recognition and an expanded workforce, thereby solidifying our position as leaders in adopting green and innovative solutions in the industry.

Our project encompassed a wide range of activities, including English courses and workshops to develop interpersonal skills, which are crucial in the ridesharing field. Employees learned technical terms related to electric vehicles, reaffirming our commitment to ecological practices. Through simulations, communication and conflict resolution skills were enhanced. We also developed an app for private tourism, thereby diversifying our service offerings. Participation in local conferences facilitated the dissemination of results and encouraged the exchange of experiences, boosting the company's recognition and strengthening our organizational culture. Management and implementation initiatives, including progress monitoring and challenge management, were vital for the project's success.

The concrete results and other achievements of our project include the enhancement of our employees' linguistic competencies, enabling them to communicate more effectively in an international context. We also developed a new branch of our Romanian company focused on offering private tours, diversifying our services and creating new business opportunities. Moreover, the project provided the opportunity to explore and implement ridesharing services in Greece.
