CAPSULE / CArreer Path Support for young women

Objectives Project is focused on empowering 105 YW across the EU to become change agents, by supporting them to overcome limiting beliefs & develop their business/community project idea through a holistic capacity building program. Project will build a supportive network of peers and implement an extensive communication campaign through the IHNetwork targeting the audience of 500 000 to raise awareness of YW entrepreneurship as self employment, employability skill and active citizenship. Activities 1. Setting structures for project management. 2. Preparing online & offline content of the capacity building program & implementing it in 6 cycles. 3. Providing support of the international community for the participants through different facilitated events. 4. Providing mentorship & coaching for participants to shape their impact projects/businesses; tracking impact of the project’s activities. 5. Implementing EU wide communication campaign, promotional webinars & dissemination events.
