There was a need to transfer tactics and strategies regarding quality olive production to small-scale producers with innovative approaches in the project implementation countries. This project was effective in conveying opportunities to the target groups through training activities, such as improving their communication skills, being brave in entrepreneurship, keeping up with technology, and owning land and olive groves. The OLIVER project focused on the common interests of young entrepreneurs and small-scale producers and tried to convince the target groups that their income levels would increase by improving the quality of their products. The project prioritized taking important steps in terms of creating more employment opportunities in the long term and contributing to the prevention of migration. It was intended to offer Portuguese and Turkish researchers the opportunity to transfer the production techniques in their own countries and learn the techniques in the partner country. With the output titled 'OLIVER MANUAL', it was aimed to produce a reference book for young olive producers, food and safety policy makers, commercial-scale olive producers, sector experts, olive consumers and agricultural engineering students.

Kick-off meeting: Held between 10-14 July 2023. The meeting was organized by the coordinator organization and was held in the conference hall of Ezine Vocational School. 51 people attended the meeting. OLIVER Manual Production: This work package was completed between the 2nd and 6th months of the project. All partners fulfilled their responsibilities. Knowledge sharing meeting in Portugal: Held in Coimbra, Portugal, hosted by the Coimbra Polytechnic Institute, on November 14-15, 2024. 66 people attended the meeting. Not only the project team focus group meeting was held, but also olive and olive oil producers and university students in Portugal were met, and production facilities and olive groves in the Abrantes region were also visited. OLIVER trainings, measurement, evaluation and statistical analysis: This activity included 5 sub-work packages: module preparation, training, pre- and post-tests and statistical analysis of the results. It was completed between the 8th and 12th months of the project. OLIVER Conference and Closing: It was held on April 2, 2024, at the Faculty of Agriculture Conference Hall, hosted by Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. 139 people attended the meeting.

The concrete outputs that serve as evidence added to the system are listed below; Kick-Off and Closing meetings and knowledge sharing meeting: Meeting posters, meeting programs, participant signature lists, power-point presentation files, photos and videos of meetings and field visits, media news. Project documentary: Although not committed in the project proposal, a 10 minutes and 14 seconds documentary film containing information and visual data about all work packages of the project was produced by the project partner COMU, using the management budget. OLIVER trainings, measurement, evaluation and statistical analysis: Training program, power point files of the trainings, survey questions, survey answers and results of statistical analysis. OLIVER Manual: OLIVER Manual, completed in April 2024, is a 155-page, colorful scientific book. The book is both a print and electronic print resource.
