Fostering the re-integration of rehabilitated young

Objectives REACT4women will foster the reintegration into social life of rehabilitated young women by offering flexible training opportunities related to Ecotourism. Its main objective is the prevention of social exclusion of a highly vulnerable group by raising awareness about all forms of discrimination, promoting equality and access to learning opportunities for all social groups, and creating synergies and mentoring communities which can support and guide young women in need. Activities The project begins with awareness campaigns against discrimination and the need for education and employability opportunities for social inclusion. To involve marginalized young women, didactic resources of key skills will be developed, while a serious game will increase their engagement in the learning process. Then, eco-tourism activities will be implemented in small groups allowing women to socialize, while the last step is the setup of a framework for the creation of communities of practice. Impact The EU community will be resilient with the social inclusion of marginalised and vulnerable groups, and the need for providing equal employability opportunities and access to education and training for people in need in all forms of formal, informal and nonformal education. As the project is focused on young rehabilitated women, motivation and engagement to re-enter social life through mentoring communities, environmental awareness and relevant synergies will be our main results.
