β–ΆSummary

Objectives The aim of our project is the increase of wellbeing of youth through the creation & promotion of a selfcare app called, created from international experiences & non-formal education. The aim is achieved through: -an international research on the needs -the sharing of non-formal methods on selfcare within youth workers -the creation of a beta & a final version of app including the methods -the creation of a digital youth community for support -the training of youth workers on the usage of the app Activities The project includes the following activities: 1- one project management activity 2- one kickoff meeting 3- one activity dedicated to the sharing the identification of effective self-care tools at local level 4- one activity dedicated at the definition of online self-care tools through a youth workers mobility 5- one activity dedicated to the sustainability of the app, including training activities on the app for a major number of youth workers. Impact The project is expected to have the following results: -an international research on the needs of young people between 13 and 30 years old related to their daily wellbeing and the impact of digitalisation -a list of methods to support young people to achieve self-care online and offline -the realisation of a self-care app that will include the aforementioned methods -the long term sustainability of the app through the creation of a digital community Link to project card: Show project card The content of this page is published for information purposes only.
