Objectives - Development of a series of methods to promote resilience in young people between 16 and 24 years of age - Solution-oriented, experiential therapy work with young people - Teaching new methods, soft skills and settings of experiential therapy in the natural environment - cross-national standardization of qualitative pedagogical work - transnational exchange of problem situations and solution approaches - constant cooperation with transnational companies Activities A project of transnational development of new methods and skills for young people, with focus on their employability is to be created. The first 3 activities will serve the joint development of this series of methods and planning of two seminars to convey these contents. 2 seminars will transfer methods, soft skills and knowledge for the work with young people to professionals. A final meeting will evaluate the work of this project and create new projects.
