Summary

Objectives The project aims to improve the employability of young people and reduce the youth unemployment rate in Spain and Greece, especially fostering inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Knowing the experience of young people and companies in the labor market, we will be able to empower young people through specific training for them, which will also favor their digital education as it will be online. With the project we want to send a message of optimism to young people. Activities We will start the project with a research with young people and companies to learn about their experience and expectations and identify areas of work. Then, we will elaborate a transversal training focused on soft skills to offer it to any young person regardless of their circumstances. Once it is done, we will make a pilot test to test and correct it. All this will be accompanied by a website and constant communication to reach as many young people as possible. Impact Thanks to the project we will obtain training with a practical orientation so that young people can improve their employability by working on their own skills. In addition, we will elaborate a research report with the information obtained in surveys and interviews with young people and companies. All this will be published on the project website. Other results will be the communication plan and the communication report, the coordination materials, etcetera. Link to project card: Show project card * Results are available for this project.
