HEritage More Attractive Idea

Objectives The objectives of the project will be as follows: - To enhance the entrepreneurial skills of 20 youths through the development of 2 business plans for heritage sites. - To enhance activisim in the community through the implementation of 2 pilot projects in 2 heritage sites based on the business plans developed. Activities The project will focus on the implementation of 2 activities. These activities will be as follows: - Community Consultation and development of Business plans, - Implementation of pilot projects. These activities will focus on the development of the entrepreneurial skills of the 20 youths that will be involved in this project along with the strengthening of the Heritage and cultural sectors in Germany and Malta. Impact The main results of the project will be: - 2 youth groups established, - 20 youths more knowledgeable when it comes to entrepreneurship and development of business ideas, - 2 business plans developed for the management of 2 heritage spaces, - Implementation of 2 pilot project activities, - Better management of Heritage spaces, - More interactive Heritage spaces, - 1 report on the success of the pilot projects.
