Summary

Objectives The project aims to improve the quality of life of youth with disability from Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia & Bulgaria in its cultural & art aspects through non-formal learning, participation and mobility. Specific goals are to ensure equal attendance of youth with disability and their visibility in cultural/art programs, raise their self-confidence through the development of their capacities, raise awareness and sensitise local communities about their possibilities. Activities During 2023: Kick-off meeting in Zaječar, two trainings (social networks, filming), two performances (Zaječar and Skopje). During 2024: filming four films, presentation of prepared work in Vidin, theatre play at the Festival in Rijeka, promotion of the final film at the "Art Zone for All" festival in Zaječar. Six international days dedicated to human rights and people with disabilities will be marked during the project. The films will be screened at the "Uhvati film" festival in November. Impact Youth with disabilities are empowered with self-representation skills, their capacities for active participation in a democratic society are increased, the capacities of organizations that are part of this target group are improved, and the creative skills of youth with disabilities are developed through two trainings, four films will be filmed for the festival, participation in 4 events in 4 countries.
