The fit2LEAD project aims to promote the sustainable integration of people with disabilities into the labour market and facilitate their access to leadership positions. It empowers both people with disabilities and those who lead diverse teams by developing inclusive leadership skills. More specifically, the following key objectives were pursued: • Raising awareness of the need for leadership skills for inclusive and diverse teams (O1) • Promoting positive attitudes towards the leadership potential of persons with disabilities (O2) • Equipping individuals with disabilities by building their confidence and competencies for leadership roles (O3) • Supporting managers and team leaders in acquiring inclusive leadership skills to foster equal opportunities (O4) • Equipping adult educators with resources to teach inclusive leadership effectively (O5) • Fostering cooperation and knowledge exchange between organisations active in labour market inclusion and adult education. (O6) Through these objectives, fit2LEAD contributes to a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable European labour market.
