Digital skIlls foR sEnior logistiC sTaff
▶Objectives
The aim of this project is to develop and implement an online/F2F training programme for older (50+) workers in logistics companies in the partner countries based on a comprehensive survey to identify their training needs in the field of digitalisation of logistics. This training programme will give the target group the opportunity to meet future requirements and help the company keep employees longer, which will also help to reduce the skills shortage.
▶Activities
Three innovative outcomes will be developed within the project. In addition, professional outreach activities will be implemented to ensure the dissemination and sustainability of the results. Three TPMs, multiplier events and a final conference will be held in Austria. The consortium will participate at the Logistik Tage Special Days 2025. Evaluation: The partners will evaluate the extent to which the project is meeting its objectivesintended outcomes, plus the effectiveness of the partnership
▶Impact
After the end of the project, the following results are available: A competence map is being developed in the project partner countries that documents the necessary knowledge of the target group of logistics employees 50+ in the field of digital logistics. Online and face to face training materials for the area of digitalisation in logistics and an online Interactive space for older senior logistic manager in the field of digital logistics.
