The sub-objectives are: 1. Connecting companies to innovation to increase the quality and resilience of the vocational sector; 2. Capacitating companies with innovative processes to better fulfil market needs; 3. Converting management practices into more digital-supported innovative processes.

Activities

RESEARCHING: INNOVATE studies the current trends and their implications on the labour market to identity best interventions and solutions. CAPASITATING: INNOVATE upskills the management processes of relevant enterprises (SMEs, Startups & VET providers) to innovate their approach by identify the challenges and offering novel tools. UPSCALING: INNOVATE builds intersectoral synergies and offers its results to a wider spectrum of possible beneficiaries: Companies, Customers, and Communities.
