▶Objectives
Our project aims at setting up MIRAGAMO modules to strengthen the intercultural capacities of SMEs and migrants with a Cultural Intelligent approach It is divided into 3 axes: • Promoting inclusion through employment thanks to a better mutual understanding • Facilitating international work for SMEs • Strengthening digital capacities with an innovative, effective, immersive and entertaining e-learning tool based on neuroscience
▶Activities
Our project is divided into 4 work packages: • activities related to the coordination and management of the project • activities related to the content by adapting the Cultural Intelligence methodology to the specific needs of SMEs and migrants: somes modules are common and other parts are tailored to each audience • activities related to the methodological framework and technical implementation: scripts and production • activities related to communication, visibility and promotion of results

The results we want to achieve: • Better navigate through cultural diversity • Contribute to inclusion through employment with better mutual understanding • Facilitate the digital transition by strengthening digital skills • Change behaviors • Improve the impact of learning • Enable a better international cooperation by removing cultural barriers • Promote a cultural intelligent approach, a new discipline derived from neuroscience
