On the basis of existing methodologies for the Job-coaching or the emancipatory accompaniment of the trainees, a global methodology will be developed, a set of concrete tools will be articulated upon this methodology, and a multidevice platform will be designed and deployed. A special focus will be drawn on the testing of the methodology and the tools, in order to insure the quality of the products, have the first impacts and persuade the first ambassadors of the products.
