FULCRUM’s general objectives are to build capacity of socio-cultural operators in Europe on topics related to environmental sustainability and community building, by creating tailor-made upskilling pathways, and to enable sectoral transformation and change. Create time and space for reflection to co-design new visions, promote the development of skills through a train-the-trainer approach and disseminate the produced materials and learning outcomes beyond the project's target group.
