Summary

Objectives The aim of the common project between KIYO and Lianes Coopération (LC) is to strengthen youth actors on active citizenship by: • Shaping a common vision and approach when working on the development of core competencies and youth participation with youth actors; • Optimising existing accompaniment on active citizenship for youth actors with pedagogical frameworks and (digital) tools resulting from the exchange; • Stimulating connections between youth actors on active citizenship across Europe. Activities 1) Exchange of good practices during 8 peer learning sessions where we observe and discuss activities led by our peers in the other country 2) Organise 2 workshops to understand and align each other’s vision and approach to work with youth actors on the development of core competencies and youth participation 3) Develop together an experience-based toolkit for European youth actors on core competencies and youth participation 4) Disseminate the toolkit & share the results of learning process Impact Increased level of innovation in KIYO and LC ’s offer on active citizenship: - ensuring that our accompaniment for youth actors evolves to meet their needs and current trends; and responds better to the local & global challenges of youth; - sustainably building the collective know-how for working with youth actors on the development of core competencies and youth participation both in Belgium, France and across Europe; - renewing pedagogical approaches to incorporate international good practices Link to project card: Show project card * Results are available for this project.
