Objectives Develop a tool in the form of a website with at least 10 modules that deal with, among other things, Starting a non-profit organization, volunteer policy ... with podcast, practical examples, templates ... The objectives are: - Strengthening the capacity of youth work organizations and local youth work initiatives; - Promoting participation and involvement of underprivileged young people in civil society and the youth sector; - Promote recognition of youth work organizations Activities Numerous activities will be set up to generate the content for the modules, such as podcasts with authors, role models, organizations... Organizing workshops regarding the themes and record this for the tool so that this is available for broad public.. Each organization will test the preliminary version of the tool with their supporters. Each organization will also set up different campaigns for dissemination, such as train the trainer session. Impact Outcomes: - Develop a tool with 10 modules - Increasing the youth work level of these organizations and assisting them in their recognition. - Giving stakeholders and interested parties insight in the inclusion and diversity practices with podcast and talks that are integrated in our tool - Inspiratieon session (training) to demonstrate how to use this tool and how to promote this tool - Set up a community that helps and supports each other through an online forum.
