▶Objectives
The project aimed to empower senior musicians to achieve digital transformation and remain competitive in the evolving digital music landscape. Under Project Management & Cooperation, we sought to establish effective governance, enable strong partner collaboration, and ensure sound implementation. Through Research & Analysis & Training Programme, we aimed to identify key digital tools and gaps in digital skills, develop an analytical report, and create a tailored training programme for senior musicians and cultural organisations. With Training Bootcamp, Training Center & Dissemination, we aimed to deliver hands-on training to selected senior musicians, establish an open Training Center within the European network of DiPaCre, and promote broad dissemination of the project results to foster long-term digital upskilling in the cultural and creative industries.
▶Activities
The project was implemented through three core activities. Under Project Management & Cooperation, we held a face-to-face kick-off meeting, maintained regular online partner meetings, and used shared online tools for continuous collaboration. Under Research & Analysis & Training Programme, we produced a comprehensive report on digital tools and copyright issues, collected input from 43 senior musicians, and developed two tailored training programmes translated into Bulgarian, Turkish, Romanian, English and Spanish. Under Training Bootcamp, Training Center & Dissemination, we delivered a 4-day training in Sofia with 16 on-site and 3 online participants, issued European Digital Credentials for Learning integrated into the Europass CV wallet, and established the LEARN! Training Center. A virtual launch webinar promoted LEARN!, and the partnership adopted an Anti-ageism Memorandum. Dissemination included blog posts, media outreach, local events, and a published Case Study on Metadata and Exclusion of the Romani language.
▶Impact
The project delivered tangible and sustainable outputs supporting the digital transformation of senior musicians. Key results include: - Published Comprehensive Research & Analysis Report on digital tools, copyright, and training needs. - Two Training Programmes developed, published in five languages as free online content and PDF lesson books. - 43 senior musicians engaged in the research phase. - 4-day Training Bootcamp implemented in Sofia, training 16 on-site and 3 online participants. - European Digital Credentials for Learning issued to all trained participants, integrated into the Europass CV wallet. - LEARN! Training Center established, supported by an adopted Operational Plan and Statute. - Strategic Framework and KA120 Erasmus+ Accreditation in Adult Education secured to ensure long-term sustainability. - Virtual launch webinar organised to promote LEARN! and its resources. - Anti-ageism Memorandum adopted to foster inclusion of senior groups. - Case Study on Metadata and Exclusion of the Romani language published and disseminated. - Broad dissemination through blog posts, media outreach, local events, and LEARN! platform content.
