▶Objectives
Through this project we aimed to create a pathway for learning and transformation that nurtures individuals and organisations while serving European priorities. Our vision was to bring Soulscaping to life: curated learning experiences that raise awareness of environmental and mental health through ecopsychology, build resilience through therapeutic practices, and link wellbeing with ecological sustainability. We set four goals: Capacity building – to strengthen our two NGOs by exchanging knowledge, building partnerships, and developing skills in facilitation, management, and communication. Shared resources – to design and publish a workbook, journal, and curriculum integrating ecopsychology, trauma-informed care, and nature-based practices. Learning centres – to establish hubs in Bulgaria and Estonia where adults can experience Soulscaping in immersive landscapes. Pilot testing – to engage 15 participants, including professionals, youth workers, and people with vulnerabilities, to refine the method. We contribute to Erasmus+ by fostering inclusion, promoting well-being, using digital tools for collaboration and emphasizing sustainability and ecology.
▶Activities
We implemented six interconnected activities that carried Soulscaping from vision to practice. “PLUG IN & CONNECT” – a virtual kick-off that aligned expectations and inspirations between the team members. “DREAMSCAPING”– an exchange visit in Estonia gathered 4 core team members at the Symbiosis hub to map skills, test methodologies, exchange best practice and strengthen connection while working in nature. “VISIONEERING” – research and development through online coworking and writing produced drafts of the journal, guidebookbook, and training concepts, while shaping innovative learning spaces. “SOULSCAPING” – a pilot and study visit in Bulgaria hosted 20 international participants at Merope, testing the 12-step process and providing feedback. “ASPIRATION” – outreach and evaluation” finalized publications, created video documentation, hosted online events, and shared outputs through networks and social media. Integration, reflection and planning secured sustainability, embedding lessons into organisational practice and preparing the next steps for Soulscaping. “DRAGON DREAMING” - a horizontal project management & coordination activity ensured that the project had a human centered approach based on connection and creativity.
▶Impact
Our project produced tangible results directly aligned with its objectives. It developed a comprehensive Soulscaping methodology and curriculum of curated learning experiences inspired by nature and the Hero’s Journey, tested in practice during the pilot and tweaked into three interconnected programs: Solo (for individuals), Tribe (for groups), and Guide (for facilitators). Key educational publications include the printed Soulscaping Journal for personal transformation, the in-depth Guidebook for facilitators, and visual posters presenting the Soulscaping Wheel. Both learning centres—Monad Mind Foundation in Bulgaria and Symbiosis in Estonia—expanded their capacity as hubs for immersive eco-therapy and experiential education, improving facilities, learning spaces, and professional skills. The pilot training gathered 20 participants who reported enhanced wellbeing, new tools, and deeper ecological awareness. Dissemination through videos, public events, website, social media, and online presentations of the framework ensured broad visibility and lasting impact.
