Developing skills for success through blended learning

Objectives To develop a training program for non-formal work with youth in the field of personal development, career development and (social) entrepreneurship. We will systematise a series of 3 modules, focusing on developing skills and knowledge which will prepare youth for successful transition from school to their first job. The training program will be completed by an e-learning platform with additional resources, self-study exercises and videos. Activities Project management: organising the implementation of all activities, quality monitoring & evaluation Designing and systematising a training program consisting of 3 modules: Personal Development, Career Development and (Social) entrepreneurship. Each module will include 8 workshops, 10 self-study exercises and 8 videos. Testing the program: Conducting pilot sessions with 40 youth, gathering feedback and improving the training program Dissemination: Promotion of the developed training program Impact Develop a methodology for 24 workshops (divided in 3 thematics) based on NFE, suitable for practical on-site training with youth Build 3 e-learning modules to support the offline training Record min 24 videos and 30 self-practice exercises to support self-learning Develop min 3 self-assessment questionnaires 16 youth workers successfully completed the training on the methodology and finished their demo with performance above 80 % 2 cross-sectoral events to present the results Link to project card: Show project card * Results are available for this project.
