Objectives

EntreAdu aimed to equip adult educators with the necessary tools and competencies to teach social entrepreneurship effectively to learners with migrant backgrounds. The project set out to develop an innovative and gamified educational framework grounded in the EntreComp model, addressing both the skill gaps of educators and the specific challenges faced by migrant adults. Key objectives included: designing a clear and structured educational framework; creating a self-assessment and recommendation tool to help educators monitor and improve their entrepreneurship teaching skills; developing an engaging open online course to enhance educator competencies; and building a collaborative network of educators and organisations. By fostering inclusion, motivation, and empowerment through gamification, EntreAdu sought to promote entrepreneurial thinking, social cohesion, and sustainable job creation for migrant communities.
