Objectives

The general project objective was to explore ways for success in entrepreneurial activities to trigger students' initiative in an adapted way, bringing together students from various social categories with a focus on those who are discouraged in their study and lagging their peers. The project aimed to suggest training materials in line with the changes in the economic environment in recent years, stimulating the creation of both entrepreneurial culture and skills vital to starting one's own business under the supervision of academic entrepreneurs. All outputs had to be supervised by experts and piloted by further users. The specific objectives were: - Revealing trends and influencing factors on entrepreneurship by exploration of entrepreneurial culture and attitudes across the targeted students - Closing the gap in cultivating academic and students’ entrepreneurship by creation of methodologies for entrepreneurial education among the targeted students - Development of an Entrepreneurial Journey based on the Academic Entrepreneurship Roadmap, accompanied by a series of lectures, seminars, and workshops.

Activities

The activities were in the follo groups: = Development of core training content - Methodology to study the entrepreneurial attitudes of the students - Collection of teaching materials for entrepreneurial education - Booklet and Interactive Set on Entrepreneurial Journey and Academic Roadmap = Development of interactive support content = Piloting and improvement of training content The team involved lecturers and students to get feedback about the developed content. This was done online and in-person during 20 workshops and seminars. = Project management - General management carried out with regular support and input from all partners. - Organization of transnational partner meetings – 5 TPMs and 2 operational meetings have been held - Internal information flow through data repository and exchange system = Quality assurance - Quality of elaborated training materials in methodological and content-related aspects - Internal quality assurance in project administration aspect = Sharing and promotion activities, external communication, and publicity measures – through in-person or online contacts, multiplier events, promotional meetings, participation at networking events among educational organizations, usage of social media, web, etc.

Impact

The project achieved the following results: - Development of Methodology to study the entrepreneurial attitudes of the students with survey on entrepreneurial culture and attitudes across students and insights on improvements of formal learning plans – 123 pages in main version and in 6 languages - Creation of a Collection of teaching materials for entrepreneurial education and approaches and good practices for teaching “Entrepreneurship” - 245 pages in main version and in 6 languages - Development of Booklet on Entrepreneurial Journey and Academic Roadmap - 205 pages in main version and in 6 languages - Creation of Interactive Set on Entrepreneurial Journey and Academic Roadmap – 7 items in 6 languages - Organization of 6 content piloting workshops - 380 people covered - Organization of 7 seminars with business experts involving 48 people - Organization of 24 local dissemination events reaching 980 people - Organization of 5 final events having 480 participants Other outcomes are: - Ameliorating the perspectives for efficient entrepreneurial education of students - Decreasing disparities in familiarizing with academic entrepreneurship - Widening the possibilities for exploitation of the potential of academic entrepreneurship.
