Objectives

1.Empower staff to be active participants whether onsite or teleworking, in a hybrid work context. 2.Establish workplace norms ensuring everyone in the organization is aware of them and has the support and training needed to follow them 3.Develop innovative, high-quality learning material/resources for managers and HR professionals to promote social connectedness in hybrid work 4.Build capacity in managers/HR practitioners to promote digital and social inclusion of all staff in hybrid work

Activities

The STAY CONNECTED project will develop and deliver - Toolkit on hybrid work - an e-learning platform and OERs - Training package to be implemented to promote digital inclusion in the workplace, for all workers. - Training of master trainers to implement the curriculum with HR professionals and managers

Impact

●eLearning platform/OERs, a toolkit and a 6-module training program for (at least 100 trained) managers and HR practitioners for effective use of digitalisation based on empirical evidence for fostering employee inclusion, social connectedness and employee engagement in hybrid workplaces ●General awareness raising throughout EU on digital inclusion/social connectedness in hybrid work models ●Active involvement of key persons from companies to foster digital inclusion and wellbeing
