Development of an innovative curriculum that will help teachers from educational intuitions with technological and manufacturing profile, effectively integrate STEM in their work and reorganize the teaching process in a project-based principle. The new approach will help the students develop skills that will make them more productive and adaptive to the changing environment. 2. Train 48 teachers to use the new product and plan their professional development in accordance with STEM requirement

1. Analysis โ€“ The main emphasis of the work process will be on the STEM practices so far. That with the addition with the analysis on the needs of the targeted institutions will enable the partnering organization to develop a working product. 2. Development โ€“ The development of the main product. 3. Partner meetings โ€“ They will help establish the partnership and coordinate the work efforts of the partnering organizations. 4. Training and popularization event โ€“ Training of 48 teachers.
