Objectives The CULTART PRO manage the needs of young creatives in 5 European countries. The CULTART Contact Points network facilitates and supports young people's talent and entrepreneurial skills and provides access to places where they can develop their creativity and skills. We want to increase access to culture and promote innovation, to foster international collaboration and mobility. The project responds to the needs of the cultural labour market and strengthens the employability of youth. Activities CULTART PRO is designed in 4 WPs that implement relevant activities (24) to achieve its goals within 20 project months. The milestone activities to reach our objectives are: - to establish 5 CULTART CONTACT POINTS (CCP) - to develop and run an annual programme fo the National CCPs - to launch an international Open call and select 125 participants - to conduct 5 International Internship LTTAs in cultural institutions - tocreate a modern project identity and strong social media promotion. Impact The project establishes a unique CULTART PRO Network of 5 European countries which aims to achieve: - established 5 National training centres with a modern educational environment for youth โ meeting points for training, workspace, form and pressroom; - conducted 120 educational events, a programme of international practises and training in 5 European countries; - involved 125 young participants who upgrade their skills and start their careers in the Cultural and Creative Sector.
