▶Objectives
The purpose of the project titled 'Enhancing Reading Comprehension for SEN Students with Partly Mentally Impaired via Avatars' is to improve the reading comprehension of students with special educational needs (SEN) who have some mental issues. The overarching goal of this project is to provide these children with a stimulating and productive learning environment that will allow them to strengthen their reading abilities, achieve higher levels of academic success

We will have l; R1: Literature Review and Data Collection to conduct a comprehensive literature review and collect best practices to investigate the effectiveness of avatars in enhancing reading comprehension in SEN students with partial mental disability R2: Avatar Development to develop a set of avatars that can be used to interact with the students in a personalized and engaging way R3: Interactive Reading Material Development to develop a set of interactive reading materials
▶Impact
The use of avatars and other interactive elements will help to create a more engaging and motivating learning environment, which can help to counteract feelings of isolation or disinterest that some students with SEN may experience. Providing customized learning materials and activities will also help to address the specific challenges that these students may face in reading comprehension, such as difficulty with phonetic awareness or identifying main ideas.
