SHE@CYBER aspires to support in making Europe more cyber secure by developing applicable and useful tools for SMEs and MEs and promote “gender gap parity” in the cybersecurity filed by enabling females and disadvantaged groups to transition in new roles. The above will be achieved through: - the curriculum and the roadmap, - the innovative training and learning material, - the train the trainer pilots and - the digital learning platform that will combine all results.

SHE@CYBER will first build the Roadmap to diverse workforce in cybersecurity followed by the Interactive Learning Resources, the Cyber Security Training, the toolkit and the train the trainer workshop. Completing all results will enable the consortium to carry out the flagship outcome of bridging the diversity gap and delivering skilled cybersecurity professionals for a more secure digital Europe.

The main project outcomes are: 1. Stimulate the exchange of state-of-the-art knowledge in cyber security between training providers, certificatiob bodies and enterprises, 2. Reduce the cybersecurity skill shortage, 3. Set the base for an alliance between industry and education actors that will jointly develop training solutions and improve security in the European Digital Economy, 4. Deliver solutions for securing the European economy and society by tackling the cybersecurity gender gap.
