Through the implementation of the Easy Together project, we wanted to achieve stronger inclusion for culturally diverse children and to support their teachers. Our main goal was to provide teachers and educators with practical tools, innovative methods, and competences that helped them address diversity in their classrooms with confidence and empathy. By exchanging good practices between Czechia and Romania, we strengthened cooperation at the European level and showed how schools could integrate inclusive approaches into both formal and non-formal education. The project also contributed to improving the overall classroom atmosphere by promoting tolerance, multicultural understanding, and positive relationships between children of different origins. The partnership exchanged good practices from the field of formal and institutional education in Romania and from the non-formal sector in Czechia, which brought added value and improved education in both countries. Comparing realities and practices in the field of inclusion proved valuable not only for the participating organizations, but also for school professionals across Europe.

Activity 1 focused on project management - including coordination, administration, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting - and dissemination. Fourteen partner meetings were held, supported by regular ongoing communication. Project dissemination was extensive, with information shared through flyers, websites, social media, and presentations. A multilingual project webpage was created and regularly updated. Activity 2 focused on exchanging good practices in the inclusion of children with cultural differences. It included desk research, local meetings with school representatives, and a study visit and workshop for teachers in Brăila. Partners co-created a Teachers' Handbook of good practices in the field of inclusion, which was distributed to 400 schools and evaluated by 57 teachers. It is available on www.zaedno.org/teachers-handbook Activity 3 involved research and developing of various educational materials for students and teachers. It included desk research, developing and realization of materials, study visit and workshop for teachers in Prague, 7 local and 1 international testing workshops. Materials were distributed to 496 schools and evaluated by 90 teachers. They are available on www.zaedno.org/edu-materials

Results: • Successful implementation of European project according to the plan and the timeline. • The key competences of the organizations' staff have been enhanced. • The quality of work and practices within participating organizations has improved. • Supported teachers and educators of culturally diverse children. • Facilitated inclusion and education of children with fewer opportunities. • Promoted multicultural understanding, tolerance. Tangible outputs: • A consolidated document containing 60 collected good practices. • Teachers' Handbook of good practices in the field of inclusion - interactive e-book containing 40 practical methodological sheets, 57 pages, 3 language versions: English, Romanian, and Czech. • The project's website: www.zaedno.org/home-easy-together. It contains all project's results and outputs. • A consolidated document containing 40 existing educational materials in the field of Inclusion. • Multilingual educational materials to support inclusion (electronic and some printed): 3 picture workbooks (144 pages) 3 multicultural programs (33 pages) 5 educational on-line games (11 languages) 5 quizzes Additional materials: 2 sets of educational cards (187 cards) and 1 printable game (18 pages).
