MAXP Digital Careers

Objectives MAXP Digital Careers project solves the problem of insufficient and inefficient support to young people who are at the crossroads of their career choices between the ages of 16 to 23 y.o. and wish to succeed in digital professions, however they are lacking targeted support. Our objective is to increase young people's digital competences through comprehensive educational and career support which combines a gamified learning environment, community-building and real-life challenges. Activities To meet our objective we will jointly develop a unique MAXP DC programme consisting of 5 TOP digital career modules, challenger app and related tools.
