โ–ถObjectives

- To positively contribute to the accomplishment of the 2027 youth goal - mental health and wellbeing. - To introduce social coaching into daily youth work local practices by enhancing the services youth NGOs can give to young people. - To train 20 young people into social coaching, coaching supervision and training coaches and deploy the practice locally. - To document the process in order to multiply the practice at European level.

โ–ถActivities

- To deliver 3 progressive international training course from social coaching to coaching supervision and training of coaches. - To deliver an extensive local practice of coaching practices aiming at the mental wellbeing of young people. - To deliver 4 digital/online educational activities on introducing organisational management innovative practices to the benefit of local partnerships for wellbeing. - To produce a video-documentary and 4 publications to document and multiply the process.

โ–ถImpact

โ— Trained 20 youth workers as social coaches, supervisors and trainers of coaches โ— Positively impacted minimum 260 young people at local level through local practice. โ— Locally train at least 100 young people in using and adopting coaching tools โ— Digital learning process on organisational management processes to establish local partnerships between the youth and public sector. โ— 1 animated documentary to document the process, along with 3 handbooks for replication of the activities.
