SDG 11 states, “Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.” YOUTH & THE CITY project aims to provide training and resources to empower young people to actively participate in the development of their cities. By involving youth in the planning process, the project hopes to create more inclusive and environmentally friendly communities.
▶Activities
We will collect the Best Practices about smart cities of partner countries , and after applying interviews with yout & experts , develop the training material about creating smart cities with youth . 36 Young people will come together in Portugal for pilot tesing of the training material and the OER platform .
