▶Objectives
QualityLink aims to improve student choice by furnishing them with all relevant information about courses and micro-credentials from a diversity of sources to allow them to design flexible learning pathways. To do this, we will improve the semantic and technical interoperability of courseinformation within the European (Higher) Education Area and beyond - building the necessary standards and demonstrating the technical infrastructure necessary to link up course data across different providers an
▶Activities
QualityLink will: - identify indicators and data-sources that students can use to inform decisions about which programme or micro-credential to follow - create proposals for standards to share course information and quality data/indicators where these do not exist - engage with the EdTech standardisation community, to build ownership for our proposals - demonstrate new services which can be offered to students by linking up quality data - propose a feasible roadmap for scaling these services
▶Impact
We will produce a - set of domains and indicators for course quality - standard for publication of trusted lists - quality information about courses - standard for a unique course identifier - collection of 'quality datasets' that collects information about the courses and micro-credentials - web portal that links together these course datasets to provide detailed information on courses to potential students - roadmap for further development of scaling of the standards and the portal
